Our Story
Holly’s Valley Garden began in the heart of Central California — a culturally rich agricultural valley nestled between the Sierra Nevada and the Pacific Coast mountains. Often called the agricultural center of the world, this region has long inspired the way we grow, cook, and share food.
HVG was created in 2025 as a simple hobby by a passionate Master Gardener who loved growing fruits, peppers, and fragrant herbs in her backyard garden. What began as sharing homemade canned goods with friends quickly grew into a small‑batch business rooted in pesticide‑free practices, seasonal harvests, and the joy of turning homegrown produce into vibrant jams, jellies, and dried herbs.
We are best known for our Fresno Chili Pepper Jelly — a sweet, bright jelly with a peppery kick — along with our green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly and fiery orange Habanero Pepper Jelly. These early favorites sold out in 2025. Today, our offerings have expanded to include Strawberry, Apricot, Kumquat, and Fig Jalapeño jams, plus dried Italian Basil, Purple Basil, Chives, Thyme, and Parsley. We never use dyes, and every ingredient is grown or selected with care
Meet Holly, the Garden Corgi
Holly is our determined, garden‑loving Corgi and the inspiration behind our name. At three years old, she takes her self‑appointed job very seriously — patrolling the yard, chasing off curious birds and squirrels, and inspecting the plants as if she’s checking the day’s harvest herself. Her big personality and loyal presence bring warmth, charm, and a touch of whimsy to everything we do.
How We Grow
Our ingredients are grown in the Fresno/Clovis Valley using pesticide‑free practices. Fruits and peppers are harvested at peak freshness and turned directly into jams and jellies. Our herbs are dried slowly to preserve their natural aroma and flavor. Every batch reflects the bright, honest taste of our garden and the agricultural heritage of the Central Valley.
How We Make Our Products
Each batch is made by hand — no mass production, no shortcuts. Just vibrant flavor from our garden to your table, with Holly keeping watch.
