Who we are
Central California is a culturally diverse agricultural valley located between the Sierra Nevada and Pacific Coast mountains. This lush agricultural valley is commonly known as the “agricultural center of the world”. Holly’s Valley Garden (HVG) was created as a hobby by a passionate Master Gardener who grew numerous vegetables in her backyard garden and shared her bounty by canning fruits and vegetables and sharing them with her friends. Who is “Holly”? Holly is the owner’s 3-year-old Corgi who religiously guards the garden by chasing away birds, squirrels and other animals. Holly takes her job very seriously. HVG began by limiting their products to pepper jellies-- their red Fresno Chili Jelly, their green Jalapeno Jelly, and their hot orange Habanero Jelly! The jellies are sweet with a peppery “kick” that customers serve with various cheeses (brie, jack, cream cheese), spread on crackers or even on toast! Great for entertaining! Since opening, HVG now offers home-grown, pesticide free dried basil, thyme and chives. No dyes used, pesticide-free Fresno Chili, Jalapeno and Habanero peppers used.
