1. About Our Products

Holly’s Valley Garden produces small‑batch jams and jellies, dried herbs, and seasonal garden goods made in a home kitchen operating under California Cottage Food guidelines. Our ingredients are grown in the Fresno/Clovis Valley using pesticide‑free practices and prepared by hand in limited quantities.

While Holly the Garden Corgi supervises the garden with great enthusiasm, she does not participate in food production.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, ingredient lists, and photos for all products. Because items are handmade and seasonal, slight variations in color, texture, flavor, or appearance may occur.

All ingredients are listed on product pages and/or product labels. Please review them carefully for allergies or sensitivities.

3. Ordering & Availability

All products are offered in limited batches and may sell out quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is completed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Update pricing

  • Discontinue products

  • Refuse or cancel orders when necessary (e.g., inventory errors or safety concerns)

If an order must be canceled, you will be notified promptly and refunded.

4. Payment

Payment is required at checkout using the methods provided on our website. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

5. Local Pickup

Holly’s Valley Garden currently offers local pickup only in the Fresno/Clovis area.

For privacy and safety, the exact pickup address will be provided after your order is confirmed. Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup time and location.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product is handed off at pickup.

6. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are food items:

  • Jams, jellies and dried herbs cannot be returned

  • Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items at our discretion

  • If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup with a description and photo

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Flavor preferences

  • Missed pickup appointments

7. Allergies & Safety

Our products do not contain major allergens unless noted, but they are made in a home kitchen where cross‑contact may occur. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and determining suitability for their own dietary needs.

We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Improper storage

  • Misuse of products

  • Consumption beyond recommended timeframes

All jams and jellies should be refrigerated after opening.

8. Website Use

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and product descriptions — is owned by Holly’s Valley Garden and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent ordering activity.
